Russian Beach A lovely and unique travel experience in the creeks of Arabian sea, a not so known spot to people outside Karachi. Not limited to the calm beach-walk but a wonderful boat ride experience in the creeky waves of Kadiro creek at Bin Qasim Town near main Karachi city. You can find local people with their small wooden boats beautifully coloured with small propellers and hand ridden engines supplied by deisel generators. The local sailors are very freindly and dont cost a lot for a hour n half boat ride deep into the creek and nearby baby mangrove islands. A must visit place full of serenity where you can buy peace of mind on very low cost and get a temporary escape from the busy life of metro cities. Traveling by Train to Islamabad They were hot days of August in the year 2016 when i decided to visit Neelum Valley Kashmir with my family. The main focus was how to make it a memorable event:) Then came the planning and it was finalized to reach Islamabad directly from Karachi and pursue further voyage from there. Which train to choose? Now question raised how to travel and everyone voted for a train journey. But the question was, whether any train goes directly to Islamabad, rather Rawalpindi. I remembered my previous visit to Lahore on Tezgam Express and had in mind that it was to continue further to Rawalpindi when we departed on Lahore junction. Visit to Shrine Hazrat Hasan Shah Bin Qasim, Karachi: Its  a famous saying here among the Karachiiets that cyclones don't hit city of Karachi due to the resting places of different saints at its different shores lines. Well, regardless of the fact that whether its true or not, we can at least feel the peace of mind when visiting there.   The most famous is Shrine Hazrat Abdullah Shah Ghazi near Clifton beach. Similar to that, is the shrine of Hazrat Hasan Shah which is located in Kadiro Creek, Indus basin, Bin Qasim Town adjacent to the Russian beach. About Shrine Hazrat Hasan Shah: Dargah (shrine) is adjacent to the site of Russian beach. It is located in Bin Qasim town, approximately 1.5 hours drive from Landhi Quaidabad at National highway N5.
